I will never order from this person again. The item received was as advertised and is quite nice. The problem was getting to it. It was wrapped with what must have been 10 yards of very strong sticky tape which was a struggle for two of us to finally unwrap.

Beautiful, well-made cat silhouette, and excellent customer service from the seller, who responded quickly and kindly when I said we'd just lost our beautiful black cat. This silhouette is now placed over our cat's resting place, where she would sit for hours watching for birds, mice and butterflies. Every time I look out and see it, I think it's her for a split second, but in a comforting way. I highly recommend both the seller and the product.

Amazing service. My cat was dispatched on day of order, arrived quickly and was extremely well-packaged. She is a beautiful reminder of our black cat who died recently and is sadly missed. Makes me happy to see her gazing into the pond where our cat spent many hours.
